These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and AJF Financial Group LLC ("AJF," "we," "us"), the operator of this site and the "Sandy Beach" funnel network, including Join Remote Sales (joinremotesales.net). By using this site, submitting the form, or talking with Sandy Beach, you agree to these Terms.

What this service is

Join Remote Sales connects candidates with vetted employer/client companies that are hiring for remote sales roles (1099 and/or W-2, base and/or commission depending on the role). It is:

• Not a job placement fee charged to candidates. Join Remote Sales does not charge candidates a fee to be considered for a role.
• Not a multi-level-marketing (MLM) or business opportunity. Roles surfaced through this site are employment or independent-contractor sales roles with a named employer, not a recruitment-of-recruiters scheme.
• Not a guarantee of a job offer, interview, income, or placement. Sandy Beach qualifies your interest and either sets up a conversation with an employer/client or tells you it's not a fit. Whether you are hired, and on what terms, is decided by the hiring employer, not AJF.

Sandy Beach is an AI

Sandy Beach is an AI-powered operator, not a human recruiter. She discloses that she is an AI at the start of every conversation. Conversations may be recorded and reviewed by a human for quality and compliance.

SMS and AI voice communications

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive SMS text messages and AI-powered voice calls from Sandy Beach about your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Eligibility and your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.
• You agree to give accurate information on the form (name, email, phone, and your answers to qualification questions).
• You will not use this site to submit false information, spam the form, or attempt to disrupt the service (our form includes automated bot detection).

What "no fees, no MLM" covers

"No fees" means AJF Financial Group LLC does not charge you, the candidate, to use Join Remote Sales or to be considered for a role we surface. It does not mean every employer/client company's compensation structure is guaranteed, and it is not a promise about any specific employer's pay plan beyond what Sandy Beach tells you directly before you agree to a conversation.

Intellectual property

The Sandy Beach name, the Join Remote Sales name, and this site's content are owned by AJF Financial Group LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or scrape this site's content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

This site and Sandy Beach are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any employer conversation will result in an offer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJF Financial Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any employer conversation or placement outcome.
